Terms & Conditions
- Pricing and VAT:
- All prices listed for the packages offered by “Voreakou IT Consulting” are exclusive of VAT. A Value Added Tax (VAT) of 21% will be added to the total price of the selected package.
- Payment Terms:
- A deposit of 50% is required before the commencement of any services. The remaining balance is due upon completion. Late payments will incur a fee of 10% per month.
- Scope of Work:
- Services provided will strictly follow the features and deliverables outlined in the chosen package. Any additional work outside the agreed scope will require a separate agreement and may incur additional fees.
- Customer Responsibilities:
- To successfully deliver the services included in each package, the customer is required to provide all necessary data, access, and information about their company structure, current digital tools, and any relevant systems. Failure to provide the required information may result in delays or an inability to complete the agreed-upon services.
- Revisions and Changes:
- Each package includes a maximum of 3 revisions. Any additional revisions will be charged at a rate of 65 per hour.
- Confidentiality:
- “Voreakou IT Consulting” agrees to keep all client information confidential and not to disclose any sensitive information to third parties without prior consent.
- Termination and Cancellation:
- Either party may terminate this agreement with a 30-day notice. Early termination by the client may incur a cancellation fee of 500.
- Liability and Disclaimer:
- “Voreakou IT Consulting” is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services.
- Intellectual Property Rights:
- All deliverables remain the property of “Voreakou IT Consulting” until full payment is received. Upon full payment, the client will have full ownership rights.
- Service Delivery Timelines:
- Delivery timelines are estimates and depend on the timely provision of required information and access by the client.
- Force Majeure:
- Neither party shall be liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure is due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
- Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
- These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Utrecht.
